i'm listening to a lot of Nick Drake for some reason.
well, everything kind of sucks is probably close to the reason.
I've been gone from here forever.
i have the tail end of the flu, so i got home from work and took a 4 hour nap, until 12 pm.
now i can't get to sleep. i'm thinking of just staying awake the rest of the night.
(it's currently 4:45 so that's not a big stretch.) maybe i'll sit on my patio and watch the sun rise and
listen to Miles Davis.
that is until my friend comes out:
actually, it's not like he went anywhere when the sun went down. it's like a damn wall of heat out there.

i've been reading alot of intro posts, and one of the main questions people have is:
"why does Vox exist?"
Six Apart had LiveJournal. why not improve or change that one? why create a completely new blogging service? what do they hope to accomplish here?

you can tell that it's early in the blog's life when you see this many proper first names as names of blogs which people actually use and haven't been suspended or abandoned.
'Pierce' really is my first name, so it's kind of cool.
i got this puma "alpine trail" the other day. it has a camoflage pattern around the toe which is pretty cool.
didn't come with the bird though....
should i be pissed?
damn, in the span of 3 weeks i've lost a cousin and an uncle.
my mother called last night and left a message on my answering machine
that my uncle had passed away.
she's smooth.
